FOUNDATIONS of our society
Education - Welfare - Healthcare
Our society is built upon foundations of Education, Welfare and Healthcare. The people within these sectors must be supported at all costs or our walls will start to fall in on us.
The Foundations of our Society Project aims to support these essential people by running yearly back-to-back well-being education programmes of self-healing.
Our self-healing programmes contain the basic tools for positive health and well-being maintenance applied with a long-term approach, ensuring lasting levels of enthusiasm and happiness, a growing inner peace, greater levels of energy and mental strength, and a will to persevere through these tough times.
Our system of self-care uses the Āyā Healing Pyramid method which separates out all the natural layers of human health and well-being and applies different practical self-healing techniques to keep each layer healthy. Self-Healing is not a cure for disease, it is a method of living well. But over the long-term, often has the effect of keeping ill-health away.

What does it mean to be an educator? Education is one of the foundations of our society. It provides a framework that allows for our forward progression as a species.
A day in the life of an educator can be stressful, tiring, energy-depleting, but also hopefully rewarding, inspiring and enjoyable as well.
We believe that we need to take good care of the people working in this sector, for they are looking after the future generations and, therefore, the foundations beneath our feet.
But who is looking after the well-being of teachers and educators?
At Āyā, we believe that people need to be able to take care of themselves, but to be able do this over the long-term, they need to be given the tools in self-care and well-being, to complete the job.
We are providing free well-being (self-healing) training for all those essential people working in this field. The training includes many different self-healing practical techniques that can be integrated into their daily life to improve levels of happiness, enthusiasm, boost energy levels, increase inner-peace and generally increase their levels of Health and Well-being over the long-term.

Welfare is another foundation of our society. The art of people living together in a peaceful and fair manner depends upon the welfare of the people in question. Welfare means how the society takes care of the living standards of its people.
Welfare can be divided into many different categories for example: Governance, Emergency Service, Public Safety, Housing, Financial Welfare etc.
In support of this vital foundation, we are running a virtual healing centre to support all the people involved in this sector.
We have already started working with local charities for the homeless and plan to offer our free services to other organisations as we grow our project.

You would be pushed to find a more important foundation to any society than Healthcare. Increasing and maintaining public Health and Well-being must be an absolute priority. A society is only as healthy as its inhabitants.
Staff members working in this sector work extremely hard with long hours, shrinking budgets, staff shortages and many other challenges. Health and Social Care Staff work all day and night helping other people.
But who is looking after the Health and Social Care Staff?
We believe that the best way for people to be ‘well’ over the long-term is self-care. But it can be difficult to know where to start. This is why we offer our services for free to all Health and Social Care Staff to give them the training needed to be able to increase their own personal well-being dramatically, no matter what their personal circumstances or state of health.
